Today, we are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking collaboration with Johnson Controls Inc for the launch of the PV Solar Project within the Farmingdale School District.
This ambitious project represents a significant step towards a sustainable future, underscoring the Farmingdale School District's unwavering commitment to clean and renewable energy sources. The PV Solar Carport installations, set to adorn all six schools within the district, demonstrate their dedication to environmental responsibility.
The Farmingdale School District's commitment to this clean energy initiative is exemplified by the varying sizes of the systems installed at each school, tailored to maximize energy efficiency. Farmingdale High School will feature a remarkable 946.7KWDC Carport, while Weldon E. Howitt Middle School will host a 144.3KWDC Carport. Albany Avenue Elementary will be powered by a 194.4KWDC Carport, Northside Elementary with a 205.2KWDC Carport, Saltzman East Memorial with a substantial 295.2KWDC Carport, and Woodward Parkway Elementary with a 243.2KWDC Carport.
